Rehab has always 2 sides: the first is that it is a oportunity to fix something. In order to achieve that we must first recognize that something is not that well and that it needs TIME and DEDICATION to get better.
The sequence is injury-factor replacement-rest and physiotherapy = rehabilitation
Rehabilitation INCLUDEs also COGNITIVE AND EMOTIONAL ASPECTS like remembering how the situation of getting hurt happened, more awareness in our movements and imagining that we are healing well! 🙂
