      Hello!
from my experience as a psychologist working in a multidisciplinary team in a hemophilia center i can tell you this:
-yes it is possible to have an anemia due to an prolonged bleeding, or due to an insufficient and poor daily diet.
-Anemia if detected is easily corrected.
-Usually people with hemophilia don’t have anemia. Anemia is a consequence of several things happening in your body system.
      ok?
      best regards
